Saddle

A saddle is a shape over a curved surface where each point is equal. Get your head around that for me then look at this:

Sorry about the delay but this weapon seems designed specifically to hit me where I live. It may be damaging the people using it too. But I am particularly bothered with the effects that may appear as psychosomatic as in errant aches and pains such as stiffness and in particular rheumatism and leg cramps.

But enough about my problems, Google's is pandemic as it is the worst software hit by the vibes. And it is particularly telling again on me as I can't find the keys and correct my spelling. Maybe I should move to video.

Topological saddles are the stuff of mountains and seas and in today's world mountainous seas:

I don't know how well you can follow this from Winkipooh:

A mountainous landscape M. If f is the function M → R sending each point to its elevation, then the inverse image of a point in R is a contour line (more generally, a level set).
Each connected component of a contour line is either a point, a simple closed curve, or a closed curve with a double point.
Contour lines may also have points of higher order (triple points, etc.), but these are unstable and may be removed by a slight deformation of the landscape.

Double points in contour lines occur at saddle points, or passes.
Saddle points are points where the surrounding landscape curves up in one direction and down in the other.

If you are interested in weather you may instantly recognise a Col in this. If you have avidly followed me through the Texan floods you may also recognise the Pacific storms from Nullschool.

  • Contour lines around a saddle point: Imagine flooding this landscape with water.
  • The water covers surface as: f−1(−∞, a],?
  • f−1(−∞)
  •
  • As the water rises. [the ratio?] does not change until the depth of of a critical point; Bear in mind these refer to singularities which in January (until the introduction of Directed Energy weapons of planetary scales) was:
  •
  • Statistical Guide. ClimaticType. Overall period. Notional 'peak'. Frequency/52yr
    Early January "Stormy"  Jan 5th - Jan 17th.  Jan 8th. 45/52=87%
    Mid January "Anticyclonic"  Jan 18th - Jan 24th.  Jan 20th/21st. 45/52=87%
    Late January "Stormy"  Jan 24th - Feb 1st.  Jan 31st. 44/52=85%

  • that is, a point where the gradient of f is 0 (that is the Jacobian matrix acting as a linear map from the tangent space at that point to the tangent space at its image under the map f does not have maximal rank).
In other words, it does not change except when the water either (1) starts filling a basin, (2) covers a saddle (a mountain pass), or (3) submerges a peak.
A simpler way to think of it is the horse is the planet and it is running wild. Ordinarily smooth features become crinkled and equal points of heigh suddenly appear out of the blue. These high spots are dual cyclones.

Ordinarily, similar weather types run together but man made ones for unknown reasons are rather different. Hence we had rather strange behaviour on both sides of the Pacific at the time of those strange storms in Texas and the Gulf or Mexico.

Someone was out to strain President Trump's credentials but god was strengthening him. (And the earth came to the woman's rescue as she gave birth to the son. This is the history of man from the fall to the recreation.)

This is the solar system without the final jewel:
And then a great wonder appeared in heaven:
There was a woman who was clothed with the sun, and the moon was under her feet. She had a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was pregnant and cried out with pain because she was about to give birth.
So now you know what will happen as these unnatural weather patterns run together: Some 80 degrees from the vastness, a volcanic series of some 12 or so eruptions arises and the world goes back to normal as the energy budget is passed on to the next seasons and the fish are fed.

Let us see if we can find some examples from real life:

The natural course for these events is along the North Pacific and into the Atlantic where they can be cooled sufficiently enough for traversing the barrier into the Arctic.

For some reason and it is mere speculation without a mechanism, to explain it.

These storm systems penetrate the Arctic

At the Siberian side of the globe.

Which means they are able to go around the system two or three times before they sort themselves out.

Which leads to a sequence of eruptions only found naturally when the solar system is all on the southern declinational tilt.  (Rare!)

Or I am completely wrong. And don't know what I am talking about.

Get ready.
Our home is full of stars.
Fancy being the ones who dissolve all this and give it away for the sake of a few petrol-dollars and all of puny humanity's mighty-prowess?
Did they think they were a match for god?
Get ready!
We have a lot of work to do.

This will be interesting:

Moon N Dec 11:32    30th

Moon Perigee 09:54    Full Moon 31st
Full Moon 13:27
Total Lunar Eclipse 13:30
Moon A Node 18:46    1

Lucky for us it happens as the moon goes north.
