Up a mountain. Darkly

Just because I taught myself to forecast earthquakes and shit...

It doesn't follow that I have any idea what this all means,

I can make fairly accurate guesses. But they are just places on a map.
I don't live there.

Snow fell on a mountain in my life time not all that many weeks ago. It was the first time in history that it ever did that and the whole of uk.sci.weather went into full melt-down deny all reason mode.

We have treasured misconceptions that won't be denied if we can live long enough to prevent it.

What can you tell such losers that you can not tell yourself?
