A slug in the air

When the weather turns cold and humid it is a sure sign that a volcano is about to erupt. Since such melodrama is often accompanied by warm sunny days shortly thereafter, it is likely such signals may be missed. This is when a poorly sealed house lets slugs into the kitchen or even through the front door.

And if the householder is still blind to the problem he will almost certainly notice that his salt cellar is blocked when he comes to serve his chips. If he not careful to vent his house, making the most of those beautiful drying days that follow, he is likely to get problems with mould caused by the initial damp conditions.

The diligent Mage will do his best to find out all he can about the causes of these things. What can it hurt?
